The Syro Malabar Catholic Congress (SMCC) is the official lay organization of the Syro-Malabar Church in the United States, uniting the American Malayalee Christian community. Established in the early 1990s, the SMCC bridges church and society by fostering spiritual growth and championing the establishment of a dedicated Malayali Catholic diocese in America.
